You can team up with friends in multiplayer mode or play alone with ally bots.

The game’s combat revolves around power-up cards, which grant special abilities and upgrades to your weapons. The cards can dramatically shift the game’s balance, especially the “Bullshit” cards, which provide overpowered abilities to turn the tide in battles. For example, one card can summon an army of minions, while another might allow you to shoot death lasers from your eyes. The game’s humor is filled with toilet jokes, fitting the South Park theme, and features characters like Mr. Hankey, who offers buffs through dark ritual cards.

While playing with friends can be chaotic and fun, solo play can feel repetitive. The game features just five stages, with most of the challenge coming from figuring out how to best use your power-ups.
